Happy Easter!

Hi from the living room!

I’m sure all of us are in about the same Coronavirus head space right now…stir crazy, confused, scared, missing our friends and family. I just wanted to send some love into the world tonight. I know many of us are feeling lonely in the midst of social distancing, and if you’re anything like me you’re feeling a lot of fear for what the future will hold. We may not have answers yet, but we do have the opportunity to bring the things that truly matter to us back to the forefront during this time.

Maybe it’s spending more time with family (via FaceTime and zoom calls). Maybe it’s taking that daily walk you’ve been meaning to add to your schedule, or meeting your neighbors by sitting out in the front yard and waving to everyone who walks by. Maybe it’s tackling that reading list & projects around the house. Maybe it’s buying Starbucks for the person in the drive through line behind you. Maybe it’s finally binging that show you’ve wanted to see (guilt free!), or learning to cook. Or maybe you’ll have the time to listen through a whole album, * start to finish * … I’m not sure anyone has had the time for that in the past few years.

There are still ways to keep connecting and keep hope alive. Stay strong & maybe even pay some kindness forward during these difficult days ahead!

Much love,

Emily
